Beofre I had everything up on my site...I took 5 orders. WAGZ was the first...and he was a persistant bugger. I wasn't ready but with the flood of emails I got I went ahead and took the orders. Right at that moment I lost my supplier...which set me back. Those that have waited I offered seats to them AT COST. Now WAGZ posted his feelings below and forgot to mention that....but of well....he and all have valid points. So anyway....those have been waiting for 3 months....mostly for me to get my shit together. So I received emails from them as to the status of their orders...and have offered...and will offer seats at my cost to compensate them for the wait....or a refund if they can not continue to wait. I issued one to you....now....you can email me of you want to take advantage of this :-) As far as trial cars....Seedy's, SPOTZ and mine have been the test bed for everything...the main problem after solving my supplier problem was getting everything perfect on the trims. Patterns correctly sized with the proper amount of slack and making sure our install went trouble free. It did not. We had a couple of problems....all due to technique LOL....but I had to be sure. Id rather piss someone off due to waiting then to send them something that wont work...ya know. Now....this post seems to have turned into a customer complaint forum...which is fine by me...Im fully aware of all the issues raised...and as I said in my original post: A: I have more time to devote due to Amy running some of the logistics for me full time B: I have had some email problems that are out of my control...but will follow up again with my ISP C; I have a plan in place to offer better customer serive....in addition to my superior products...which D: I take critisism to heart....and will continue to strive for excellence E: Im only a phone call away...and I receive very few from people that have been waiting. If you have any concerns...as I always say in my email...CALL ME. Im always accessable...Im a shitty typist...and an even worse speller...so always feel free to call. I occasionally am human and miss emails....but when your dealing 40-80 a night....you can see why. Getting these things going is not easy...I am a perfectionist and i HATE to have people waiting. I appreciate all of you...and further appreciate your critisism....I will make immediate improvements....with so much at stake....with HKS BB GB, NOS, seats trims....trust me....I know you expect the best. And so do i!
